The Shores Condominium Association is located at 45 Ocean Avenue in Monmouth Beach, NJ. We are comprised of 132 apartment style condos settled in two towers and a central lobby connecting the two buildings overlooking the picturesque Atlantic Ocean. We feature a number of amenities for residents and their guests including 2 pools and a fitness center. We are a half mile north of Joline Avenue and in walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. We are a short drive to Sea Bright or Long branch which offer a plethora of retail stores and restaurants. The Shores is on a local bus route via NJ Transit or Academy Bus lines and a few minutes drive to Long Branch or Monmouth Park train stations.
Our Amenities
We offer a variety of amenities for our residents. The Shores features an environment controlled indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, a fitness center, tennis court and community/game room. The Shores residents also enjoy a private beach easily accessible from the central courtyard.
